Ich habe meine Hörgeräte übers Internet gekauft und wurde immer sehr gut beraten, der Betreuer hat schnell zurückgerufen, war auch immer sehr freundlich. Auch die Feineinstellung in München wurde kompetent und freundlich vorgenommen. Habe die Geräte erst 2 Tage in Betrieb und kann daher noch nicht mehr sagen, bis jetzt alles okay.

Wie nicht anders zu erwarten, das Produkt funktioniert zuverlässig gut.
Eines ist zur Bestellung zu sagen: Bestellung ging an SECONDAER BERLIN, dann war lange SENDEPAUSE, erst nach URGENZ wurde ich aufgeklärt, dass ich die REKLAMATION (Bestellung) bei meinem Hörakuster tätigen sollte.

Zu MySecondEar kam ich über das Internet, als ich von günstigen Holland Produkten las und als Selbstzahler nach einer deutschen Alternative suchte. Jetzt Äpfel mit Birnen zu vergleichen, möchte ich mir ersparen. Für MySeconEar sprach der Rudrum-Service, wie es jeder Akustiker zum weitaus höheren Preis anbietet. Auf meine Hörgeräte bekomme ich die volle 5jährige Garantie, für die ich in Holland etwa 300 € mehr bezahlen muß. Zudem kommen dort noch diverse Aufschläge für Zweit- und Dritteinstellungen hinzu. Das heißt, nach dem Kauf wird es richtig teuer. .Nicht so bei MySecondEar. Damit die Wege kürzer werden, hoffe ich nur, dass die Firma so langsam auch im süddeutschen Raum Fuß faßt. Zum Beispiel ist Stuttgart eine attraktive und pulsierende Hauptstadt.
Noch zur Abwicklung: Das Management ist sehr straff gehalten. Zeiten und Zahlungsverpflichtungen sollten genau eingehalten werden. Dafür erhält man auch Originalware. Kaufen Sie unter einem Label bei Kind, Langer usw., erhalten Sie zwar ebenfalls die Ware von großen Herstellern, wissen aber nicht, ob es sich um eine abgespeckte Version handelt. Bei Zusatzgeräten wie Fernbedienungen, TV-Adapter usw. ist die Software so verändert, dass sie nur bei diesen Verkäufern bestellen können - meist zum Premium-Preis..
Resümee: Ich bin von MySecondEar überzeugt und würde dort wieder kaufen.....
