Philips HearLink ITE

The Philips HearLink ITC sits in the ear canal and allows individual adjustments to the wearer. Using a push button or smartphone, the HearLink can be discreetly turned louder or quieter. Program changes are also possible with the toggle switch. The device is suitable for mild to moderate hearing loss. The wearer benefits from a wide range of functions. The device is available in five performance classes, from the basic class to the upper class with the widest range of functions. Which performance class is required depends on the wearer's lifestyle. For example, those who like to sit in the opera or are often in noisy environments will have little joy with a basic device.

Intelligent noise suppression

In order for the Hearing Aids to deliver an optimal sound image, they work together binaurally. While speech is amplified, the Hearing Aid attenuates background noise. Conversations in noisy situations are then possible without worry. For this purpose, the Philips noise manager and directional hearing is used.

Through the use of 2.4 gigahertz Bluetooth technology, the Hearing Aids can be connected to Android or Apple smartphones and used for streaming music, TV sound and calls. The sounds are transmitted directly into the Hearing Aid, similar to wireless headphones. The phone can remain relaxed in the pocket or lie on the table.
