I had my Signia Styletto hearing aids fitted at the branch in hamburg. Everything went smoothly, the employee there was very friendly and answered all my questions. The telephone service was also very fast, courteous and friendly. The purchase price of the hearing aids is unbeatable thanks to online sales. It's definitely worth it, and the devices can be adjusted over the phone at any time. I can definitely recommend the advice and purchase via MySecondEar. The only obstacle could be that you use a cell phone that cannot be used for online connection. But you can ask about this beforehand.
